Organised by Pilates Class who are a dedicated wellness service, this event promises to be a retreat for Mind, Body, and Soul, offering attendees a unique opportunity to pause, unwind, and reconnect with their inner selves. Set amidst the serene beauty of Gileston Manor, the event presents a range of activities designed to promote relaxation and well-being.
During the event, attendees will also have the opportunity to visit our pop-up stand, where they can get an exclusive first look at our newest Tempo seamless scrunch collection, along with a variety of the latest activewear pieces available for attendees to try on and purchase.

PILATES CLASS: 11:00 - 12:00
Rejuvenate through Movement: A 1-hour Pilates class awaits participants, led by expert instructors from Pilates Class. This low-impact exercise technique focuses on core strength, flexibility, and posture, offering a perfect opportunity to enhance body awareness and balance.
LUNCH: 12:00 - 13:30
ACTIVITIES: 13:30 - 15:15
Sound Healing and Meditation: The event further deepens the relaxation with a sound healing and meditation session. Participants can immerse themselves in the soothing sounds and vibrations, allowing stress to melt away and a sense of calm to prevail.
Unwind and Pamper: In addition to the meditative practices, attendees can enjoy an Indian head massage, a delightful way to release tension and promote relaxation. The event also features an alpaca experience, where guests can connect with these gentle animals and find solace in their presence.
